During this period, if the entire battery or components fail or are damaged, our company will provide free maintenance or replacement services;2. It is prohibited to short circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery pack, and do not mix the battery pack with conductive objects that can cause short circuits;3. It is prohibited to reverse connect the positive and negative poles of the battery pack, and reverse charging of the battery pack is also prohibited;4. Prohibit mixing battery packs with other types of batteries;5. The upper limit voltage of a single battery must not exceed 3.65V, and the lower limit voltage during discharge must not be lower than 2.5V;6. Ensure the correct connection and normal operation of the management system, and prohibit charging and discharging the battery pack without monitoring and protection devices;7. Battery packs that have been left unused for a long time need to be regularly charged and discharged (if not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge and discharge once every three months, using a current of 0.5C for charging and discharging, and a state of charge of about 50% for long-term storage). The charging and discharging should not exceed the maximum current specified in the technical parameters;8.
