Configuration requirements for each component of the DC power supply system HB-GZDW (DC220V):1. The circuit breaker of the charging unit system should be high-quality high breaking DC circuit breaker, and consider the coordination between upper and lower levels. A current time action characteristic curve report should be provided, and it should meet the level 3-4 differential coordination. Each circuit breaker should be equipped with a trip alarm contact.2. Fuses and switches in important positions such as batteries should be equipped with auxiliary contacts and led from the terminal block.3. The feeder circuit breaker should have a signal light indicating the on/off status. The main function that the DC feeder monitoring module should have is to monitor the insulation status of the DC bus to ground online (including the insulation status of the DC bus and each feeder branch), and automatically detect faulty branches. It can monitor the positive to ground and negative to ground voltages of the bus, and detect the positive to ground resistance and negative to ground resistance of each branch.4. The DC feed out requires the selection function of AC/DC branches.5. The DC main busbar and joints should be able to meet the requirements of long-term current passing, and the busbar should be made of flame-retardant insulated copper busbar.6. The charging unit should be equipped with a voltage reduction device, and the noise should not exceed 55dB. The silicon chain voltage regulator should have reliable anti open circuit protection function and have remote signal output for operating status.
