      1、Application Area

      HB-E6000 series EPSIt is a high-end three in, three out dual transformation lighting emergency power supply product. It is a solution specifically designed to provide two backup power sources for primary loads, mainly suitable for transportation hubs, sports venues, high-rise buildings, tunnels, large entertainment venues, gold mining, chemical engineering, electricity, mines, factories and other places that use automated control, providing safe and reliable lighting power. This product adopts advanced industrial grade power devices, high-performance SPWM inverters, and intelligent multi-mode battery management technology. The product performance indicators have reached the international leading level, and multiple DSPs, MCUs, and CPLDs are combined to achieve fully digital control, with extremely high cost-effectiveness.

       2、 Performance characteristics

1. Fully digital control

(1) Adopting TI's new generation high-speed DSP to implement fully digital control of various power conversion links in EPS, with fast speed, high accuracy, and higher system stability and reliability;

(2) The combination of advanced DSP technology and multiple MCUs and CPLDs enables the product to have excellent performance.

2. Perfect protection

(1) The system has multiple protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, over temperature, short circuit, fan detection alarm, surge protection, etc. It detects and alarms abnormal states, with complete protection functions to ensure the reliability of EPS operation;

(2) Adopting advanced DSP controllers to achieve real-time self inspection, self detection and other functions, it can detect and protect all independent circuit connections on the circuit board from faults.

3. Intelligent battery management

(1) Adopting intelligent battery management technology to extend the service life of batteries and reduce battery maintenance frequency;

(2) Users can set the maximum average charging current of the battery through the panel according to its characteristics to prevent damage to the battery caused by excessive charging current;

(3) Regularly perform automatic maintenance and self inspection on the battery to promptly identify any issues with the battery;

(4) Equipped with battery protection functions such as overvoltage/undervoltage, overcharging, reverse connection, etc., to maximize the protection of the battery from damage;

(5) Equipped with automatic switching between battery average/float charging, charging temperature detection and compensation functions, extending the battery's service life.

4. Strong adaptability to the environment

(1) The unique dust-proof design effectively reduces the entry of dust, car exhaust, etc., purifies the internal environment of the machine, and improves product reliability;

(2) Lightning protection and input buffering design can adapt to the power grid environment with frequent snow strikes and surges in the wild, and adapt to various harsh climates and geographical environments;

(3) Wide input voltage range and wide input frequency range, strong adaptability to the power grid.

5. Standard output isolation transformer

(1) Effectively prevent the direct current component of the power output voltage from causing harm to the load;

(2) Effectively reduce the output zero to ground voltage to meet the special needs of the industry for zero to ground voltage;

(3) Greatly reduce load harmonic current and improve inverter reliability;(4) Completely isolate the interference that may be caused by the power supply and oil engine on the negative cutoff, and protect the customer's load.

6. Intelligent monitoring function(1) The system has multiple communication interfaces such as RS232 and RS485, as well as dry node interfaces, which facilitate real-time monitoring of EPS operation status;(2) The remote SNMP card management function facilitates remote monitoring of EPS by customers anytime and anywhere.

7. Easy to maintain

(1) The system is equipped with a manual maintenance bypass, which does not require interruption of load power supply for maintenance;

(2) Modular design within the system, full frontal operation for easy system maintenance;

(3) It has intelligent fault diagnosis function and the ability to check and download duration records, which can record event information and alarm information for easy reference during maintenance.

(2) LCD display content: machine model, input and output voltage, frequency, load capacity, battery capacity, working status, working mode, alarm information and fault status, etc., with rich display content.
