Introduction to HB-S6000 series 100-600kVA UPS products



        Product Introduction:

The HB-S6000 series 100-600kVA three in and three out online dual conversion uninterruptible power supply product is a new generation intelligent UPS power supply developed for high-end electric fields using new fully digital control technology and integrated design concepts.

       Application scenario:

Petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, nuclear power, power, industrial manufacturing, rail transit, shipbuilding, military, medical, large-scale IDC data exchange center data centers, bank/bond settlement centers, tunnel lighting and monitoring centers for highways and railways, information centers for ports and docks, precision instruments and equipment, and other fields.

Performance characteristics:

1. DSP fully digital control technology(1) The core circuit adopts TI's new generation high-speed DSP (2833X), which has fast speed, high accuracy, and good consistency;(2) Dual DSP fully digital control improves the reliability, flexibility, safety, and stability of control.

2. High input power factor, green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving(1) When a harmonic filter is connected, the input power factor can reach up to 0.95, which improves the utilization of the power grid and reduces the operating cost of UPS;(2) When connected to a harmonic filter, the total distortion of the input current can be less than 4.5%, with low harmonic current, green environmental protection, and energy efficiency.

3. Excellent electrical performance

(1) Pure online dual transformation structure provides safe, stable, and reliable power supply guarantee for loads;

(2) Three in three out dual transformation structure, supporting 380/400/415V, 50/60Hz power grid system;

(3) The rated load capacity of a UPS with an output power factor of 0.9100kVA is 90kW, which is 12.5% higher than that of a system with an output power factor of 0.8. It is suitable for various loads;

(4) Equipped with a new feature of self diagnosis upon startup, which facilitates timely detection of potential issues and avoids any losses;

(5) Equipped with single machine and parallel system economic operation mode (ECO mode) function, the system has high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, and reduces customer operating costs.

6. Comprehensive protection measures

(1) Fan detection alarm, surge protection, short circuit protection and other various protections are fully equipped to ensure the reliability of UPS operation;(2) Both IGBT and SCR adopt the latest power modules, which have strong impact resistance; The complete protection function of the driving circuit improves the reliability of the system.

7. External battery intelligent control switch box with trip protection function

(1) The battery switch is equipped with an undervoltage release device, which can achieve intelligent control and timely disconnect in various abnormal working conditions, isolating the battery from the host, protecting equipment, and improving battery life;

(2) Equipped with a dedicated control circuit board, it can detect the input voltage of the battery. When the battery is reversed, the switch cannot be closed, providing reliable protection for the equipment;

(3) Equipped with a dedicated control circuit board and integrated with multiple battery temperature detection, it can achieve compensation for batteries at different temperatures, greatly improving battery life.8. Intelligent LBS technologyUnique intelligent LBS technology utilizes LBS synchronization components to achieve UPS multi machine dual bus function.

9. Intelligent parallel function

(1) Single machine standard configuration with parallel operation function, which can achieve autonomous parallel operation of 8 UPS without master and slave;

(2) In parallel operation, some inverters can be automatically turned off according to the output load, and when the load increases, the inverters can be automatically turned on to save energy.

10. High system reliability

(1) The redundant design of fans within the system, redundant design of control power supply, independent system protection design, and special protection circuit board design greatly improve the reliability of the system;

(2) Standard output isolation transformer, completely isolating the impact of mains power and oil engine on the load;

(3) Detecting the output capacitor current of UPS inverter facilitates the early determination of whether vulnerable components (output capacitors) have failed, thereby improving the reliability of the system;

(4) Comprehensive testing (including 24-hour aging) ensures high reliability of the system;

11. Allow 100% unbalanced workStrong ability to carry unbalanced loads, able to provide normal and reliable power supply even when the three-phase load is 100% unbalanced, and with high output voltage stabilization accuracy, meeting the requirements of Class I UPS indicators.

12. Intelligent battery management

(1) Equipped with automatic control of battery equalization/float charging, charging temperature detection and compensation functions, extending battery service life and reducing battery maintenance frequency;

(2) Users can set the maximum average charging current of the battery according to its characteristics to prevent excessive charging current from damaging the battery;

(3) Regularly perform automatic maintenance and self inspection on the battery to promptly identify any issues with the battery;

(4) Complete battery protection functions (overvoltage/undervoltage, overcharge, over discharge, reverse connection, etc.) to protect the battery from damage.

(1) RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces facilitate PC connection and monitor UPS operation status;

(2) Remote SNMP card, Modbus card, 485 card management function, convenient for monitoring UPS anytime and anywhere.
