         This draft for soliciting opinions summarizes the successful experience and lessons learned in preventing power production accidents from 2014 to present, and summarizes 25 key requirements for preventing power production accidents.

         Among them, "2.12 Prevention of Fire Accidents in Electrochemical Energy Storage Power Stations" clearly states that "medium and large electrochemical energy storage power stations shall not use ternary lithium batteries or sodium sulfur batteries, and shall not use cascading power batteries. When selecting cascading power batteries, consistency screening should be conducted and safety assessments should be conducted based on traceability data."
