The system is equipped with AC input C-level lightning protection, touch screen display, online display of the current and voltage of all output circuits, the working status of each circuit, and real-time temperature function in the charging area display area. When overvoltage and overcurrent occur in any circuit, the device can instantly cut off the power supply to the output circuit, avoiding the expansion of accidents. After the fault is eliminated, it can be automatically/manually restored.The system can communicate with the far-infrared temperature measurement probe and set an over temperature alarm value online. If the alarm value is exceeded, the system will cut off all output circuits in the far-infrared temperature measurement probe area. After the temperature drops, it can automatically/manually recover.The cabinet and charging station are equipped with rain proof design. The device is equipped with sound and light alarms, and has data upload function (real-time data transmission can be achieved through mobile apps).

  Far infrared control system for charging area

The entire area is approximately 300 square meters (30 meters long and 10 meters wide). There are 16 AC charging stations configured in the area. The charging stations are made of fiberglass insulation material, with a length, width, and height of 200 * 200 * 800mm. Each charging station contains 2 outputs, with a maximum charging power of 500W per channel. Charging indicator lights are installed, and the charging sockets adopt European standards, including conversion heads and two core cable plugs, designed to prevent rain.Four far-infrared temperature sensors are installed in the area, each responsible for detecting the temperature of all objects in the four charging pile areas. The temperature sensors have data communication function and can upload real-time temperature values in the area to the intelligent charging device. When the temperature in the area exceeds the set value, the charging device cuts off all circuit outputs in the area. When the temperature is below the set value, the charging device restores all output circuits in the area.
