R&D Manager

Job responsibilities:

Having technological research and development advantages, able to lead the company's technical management work, guide team members in their work, and lead the team to complete the research and development of new products and technologies.

1. Graduated from majors related to electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, etc;

2. Successful cases of leading a team of five or more people to complete new product development;

Structural Design EngineerJob responsibilities:1. Provide structural design solutions for product development and engineering design, responsible for the design and drawing of product mechanical systems and components internally, contacting relevant processing manufacturers externally, coordinating outsourcing and quality control of components, and strengthening product quality and reducing product costs through structural optimization design.

2. Timely guidance, handling, coordination, and resolution of structural issues that arise during product processing, assembly, and other processes to ensure the normal operation of production and business operations.

3. Timely understanding of new materials and processes, and improving product design level.4. Responsible for developing product assembly processes, assembling or guiding prototypes in the workshop, and resolving any issues that arise.Responsible for archiving product structural drawings.

Job requirements:

College degree or above, major in power electronics, mechanical design, mechatronics integration, industrial design, and related fields;

Proficient in using SolidWork, AutoCAD drawing software, and office software;

3. Responsible for drafting technical proposals;

4. Responsible for writing the technical proposal section of the bidding documents;

5. Responsible for technical response at the bidding site.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in communication, automation, electronics, electrical and other related fields;

2. Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience.
