Soft packaging materials mean that soft packaged lithium batteries can also be customized according to customer requirements for lithium battery specifications and shapes. At the same time, soft pack lithium batteries do not explode like square and cylindrical lithium batteries, and are lighter in weight than other batteries.
(2) Lithium iron phosphate battery module (PACK package)
● Simple and convenient equipment with high efficiency; The use of laser welding technology greatly improves the overall assembly efficiency;The battery cells are protected by a dedicated plastic protective frame, effectively ensuring their safety and thermal balance;
Insulation and flame-retardant materials are used to isolate the strings, which can delay the isolation process in case of thermal runaway;
Module assembly: The seismic resistance and structural strength of the module are ensured through the installation of plastic cell brackets with male and female grooves, as well as the fixation of metal end plates and screws at both ends;
The aluminum strip adopts deep penetration welding in laser welding to ensure reliable module connection and improve overcurrent capacity.

● The battery management system consists of a data acquisition unit (BMU), a main control unit (CMU), a system management unit (EMU), and an intelligent human-machine interaction terminal (ICU). It integrates advanced technologies such as high-precision core algorithms, active/passive balancing, and active safety strategies to achieve intelligent control of the battery at multiple levels from individual to system level.
