        4. The product has good heat dissipation performance, with heat dissipation holes at the bottom of the trolley box and on the operation panel;

       五、Steps for charging and discharging a single portable suitcase lithium battery

      Discharge steps:

1. Correctly connect the load;

2. Press the BMS "power" button to confirm that there are no faults; Check if the capacity indicator is normal (all 4 lights are on).3. Open the battery circuit breaker, at which point the battery supplies power to the load;Charging steps:1. Connect the charger correctly;2. Press the BMS "power" button to confirm that there are no faults;

3. Open the battery circuit breaker and charge the battery at this time;

       六、Steps for parallel charging and discharging of portable trolley box lithium batteries

       Discharge steps:

1. According to the wiring diagram, correctly connect the cables and communication network cables between the battery box and the combiner box;

2. Disconnect the load circuit breaker on the combiner box, connect the load to the copper bar at the lower end of the circuit breaker, and ensure that the polarity is correct;

3. Start the BMS power supply of each battery box in sequence, confirm that each battery box is working properly, then turn on the "Power" and "Start" buttons on the combiner box in sequence, the display screen will light up, and check if the data is normal.

4. Confirm that the complete battery pack is free of faults, close the circuit breakers on each battery box in sequence, and then close the load circuit breakers on the combiner box. At this time, the battery pack supplies power to the load;

Charging steps:

1. According to the wiring diagram, correctly connect the cables and communication network cables between the battery box and the combiner box;

2. Disconnect the load circuit breaker on the combiner box and plug in the charging wire;

3. Start the BMS power supply of each battery box in sequence, confirm that each battery box is working properly, then turn on the "Power" and "Start" buttons on the combiner box in sequence, the display screen will light up, and check if the data is normal.

4. Confirm that the complete battery pack is free of faults, close the circuit breakers on each battery box in sequence, then close the charging switch on the charger, and charge the battery pack at this time;

       七、Daily usage environment and instructions for portable suitcase lithium battery pack

1. Lithium iron phosphate battery packs should be installed in a well ventilated, dry, and clean environment, avoiding contact with corrosive objects, staying away from sources of fire and heat, and preventing moisture and moisture;

2. A battery pack that has been left unused for a long time needs to be powered off. Suggest charging and discharging once every 6 months, and the charging and discharging should not exceed the maximum current specified in the technical parameters. Long term storage of the battery requires about 50% of its capacity;

3. When the battery is low, it should be charged in a timely manner, which will be beneficial for extending the battery life;

4. The depth of discharge affects the cycle life of lithium iron phosphate batteries. As long as the discharge depth is reduced, the service life of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be greatly extended. If conducting a verification discharge test, it is recommended to retain 20% of the battery capacity;

5. Charging the battery requires a temperature range of 0-45 ℃, and charging below 0 ℃ seriously affects the battery's cycle life;

6. The discharge performance of batteries at different temperatures (1C) varies greatly, as evidenced by changes in battery capacity and discharge platform; If the ambient temperature for battery use in winter is below 0 ℃, it is recommended to increase the temperature increase measures to ensure the performance of the battery;

7. When there is an accidental fire on the battery, it is recommended to use a heptafluoropropane fire extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire;
